Calling all paw-some pals and their wonderful humans! Get ready for a tail-wagging good time as Polk County Conservation launches its brand-new B.A.R.K. (Bag your pet’s waste, Always leash your pet, Respect wildlife, Know where you can go) Ranger Program at beautiful Jester Park!
Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 17th, and bring your furry best friend to the Jester Park Nature Center for our exciting kickoff event. We'll be hitting the trails for a guided hike from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, exploring the wonders of Jester Park together.
But the adventure doesn't stop there! You and your canine companion can complete at least three fun, dog-friendly activities during the event to earn your very own FREE B.A.R.K. Ranger sticker! Show off your commitment to responsible pet ownership and your love for Jester Park.
Want to add a little extra flair to your pup's park adventures? Stylish B.A.R.K. Ranger bandanas will be available for purchase at the Jester Park Nature Center for just $12.
The B.A.R.K. Ranger Program is all about ensuring that both you and your four-legged family members have a positive and safe experience while enjoying the natural beauty of Jester Park. By following the simple B.A.R.K. Rules:
